I'm Nicolas Notini Wallin

From my first drumsticks at age three to touring as a musician and producer and entrepreneur, music has been my life's driving force. But my true journey of self-discovery began when I sought out mentors across Australia, Italy, and Bali.

This path challenged me to face my deepest shadows while opening my heart to profound love and connection. Through heartbreak and joy, I've experienced life's full spectrum of emotions and discovered the transformative power of the feminine spirit.

Through it all, I discovered my Superpower—allowing me to merge compassion and music into both work and passion, while serving others.

Now, I'm accepting a limited number of personal clients to help them discover their own unique Superpowers. Ready to find yours? Let's connect for a free Discovery call!

With love,
Nicolas 🦚

Compassionate Leadership

Calcutta 2025 Graduates Class 1

"Woli compassion fosters healthy relationships and compassionate leadership, empowering the next generation of leaders"

Compassion is a superpower

  • In Kolkata, we met a group of incredible young students—many from underprivileged backgrounds and the first in their families to pursue an education. Together, we explored compassion as a true Superpower—a force that can transform lives, relationships, and the world around us.
  • These students are now the first class of WOLI Compassion graduates, stepping out as role models, ready to lead with love and strength. Guiding them on this journey was one of the most heartwarming experiences of my life.

Nicolas Notini Wallin - BIO

Graduate of Stanford's CCARE program | Studio & Touring Musician/Producer | Compassion Guide Entrepreneur | Co-Founder of Warriors of Love International (WOLI Compassion)

Inspired by growing up around jazz legends and family friends like Quincy Jones and Clark Terry and my father Bengt-Arne Wallin, and the thrill of playing drums from a very young age, I’ve dedicated my life to creativity, connection, and leadership.

My journey began as a professional musician and I've been fortunate to be performing and recording with some of the most renowned artists in the world. From recently touring India with Kee Marcello’s Plays Europe project to collaborating with blues, rock, soul, pop and jazz legends like Eric Bibb, Joey Tempest, Marie Fredriksson, Roxette and Wolfgang Muthspiel, my career spans 4 decades of artistic exploration.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve blended my passions for music and human connection into innovative ventures. At Reakt Live, (reaktlive.com) a groundbreaking digital arena for concerts, we reimagined entertainment with a “pay what you want” ethos. With WOLI  Compassion - Warriors of Love International - (www.warrorsoflove.org), we focus on building a global community of compassionate leaders, offering workshops and programs that balance emotional well-being, leadership, and creativity.

I bring this blend of artistry, leadership, and compassion to my coaching. Having completed Stanford’s Compassion Cultivation Training program through CCARE, I integrate evidence-based practices of compassion into my work to inspire growth, connection, and well-being. Whether helping individuals find their inner energy rhythm or inspiring teams to lead with empathy and innovation, my mission is to foster growth and connection in every endeavor.
