Thank you for visiting Superpowerguide. I offer coaching services, mentorship, courses, and retreats through SuperpowerGuide, Warriors of Love International, WOLI Compassion Foundation, and other aligned branches. Below you'll find our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and disputes, created to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for all clients.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
As I provide personal coaching services, digital sessions, and programs, all purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the program has begun. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
If you purchase a digital course or session package and change your mind within 48 hours, and before any session has taken place, you may request a refund by emailing: nicolas@superpowerguide.com
For retreat payments, a separate policy will be outlined per event.
🕊️ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered non-refundable.
For program packages and group sessions, no partial refunds are offered once the program has begun.
⚖️ Disputes
If there is a concern about any purchase or interaction, I deeply value open communication. Please contact me directly at nicolas@superpowerguide.com, and I will do everything in my power to resolve any issue with care and compassion.
In the unlikely event of a formal payment dispute, I will respond with all relevant documentation and communication.
🌍 Legal and Export Restrictions
I currently do not ship physical goods or offer products subject to export laws. All services are delivered digitally or in-person (in accordance with applicable travel or location-based laws). Coaching and mentoring services are intended for personal development and educational purposes only.
All practices and techniques shared are intended to be approached with care, presence, and self-awareness. Each person is responsible for their own well-being. I take no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any discomfort or injury that may occur through misuse or unsupervised practice. Please listen to your body and consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.
